Routine Vaccinations
Routine Vaccinations (定期予防接種, teiki yobou sesshu)
Your child's health is very important. Getting a vaccination will help prevent your child from sickness and disease.
- Once you receive Pre-examination Forms (予診票, yoshin hyou) , schedule your vaccinations as early as possible.
- These can be received for free if your child is within the appropriate age range.

- Moving to Kasama City
After moving to Kasama, you will receive a Kasama Pre-examination Forms for the vaccinations that are still required, depending on your child's vaccination records.
Therefore, please remember to bring your Maternity and Child Health Handbook to Health & Medical Care Policy Division.
- Leaving Kasama City
You can only use your Kasama Pre-examination Questionnaire in Kasama City. When you move, please bring your Maternal and Child Health Handbook to the Health Center in your new city.
