2022/5/16 Covid-19 Vaccination Information (4th dose)
Details on the Booster Vaccination (4th dose) will be announced shortly.
■Eligible Persons:
Group 1: Persons aged 60+
Group 2: Persons aged 18-60 who
・have an underlying medical condition
・have a medical confirmation that they are at risk of developing serious illness from Covid-19
■Vaccine Type: Pfizer or Moderna
■Vaccination Voucher Postage Information
Group 1: Vaccination Vouchers will be sent out gradually 5 months after their 3rd vaccination has been completed (starting from late May)
Group 2: Vaccination Vouchers will be sent by mail upon request (Kasama City Vaccine Call Center, Tel. 0570-052-567)

新型コロナワクチン追加接種（4回目接種）についてお知らせします。
詳細は決まりしだい順次お知らせします。
■対象者
（1）60歳以上の方
（2）18歳以上60歳未満で基礎疾患を有する方、その他重症化リスクが高いと医師が認める方
■ワクチンの種類 ファイザー社またはモデルナ社
■接種券発送時期
（1）の方：3回目接種完了後、5か月を目安に5月下旬から順次発送予定
（2）の方：笠間市予約・相談センターに要申請（受付は6月6日から開始予定）、その都度発送
■接種方法 個別接種または集団接種

The Covid-19 vaccine's effectiveness and immunity decrease over time.
The number of Covid-19 cases in Kasama City is still high, and infections among the younger age groups are rising. The cooperation of everyone is essential to stop the virus from rapidly spreading and causing serious illnesses.
So, if you have received your Vaccination Voucher and want a booster shot, please make an appointment as soon as possible.
The next Public Vaccination appointments start on April 18 (Mon) at 9:30 am

【ワクチン追加接種（3回目）希望の方は早めの予約を！】
新型コロナワクチンによる感染予防効果は、時間の経過に伴って徐々に低下していくことが示唆されています。
また市内の感染者数は、現在も高い数値で推移しており、若い世代の方への感染が増えています。
「感染拡大防止」と「重症化予防」のため、皆さん一人ひとりの行動が必要です！
市ではワクチン初回接種（1・2回目）を受けた方に対して追加接種（3回目）を実施しています。
接種を希望される方は、接種券がお手元に届きましたら、集団接種または個別接種を選択のうえ、早めに予約を行ってください。
※次回の集団接種予約開始は、4月18日（月曜日）午前9時30分からです。接種日は、4月29日（金・祝）と4月30日（土曜日）です。

2022/3/6 Vaccinations for children aged 5-11 have begun
Today, March 6 (Sun), Covid-19 vaccinations for children aged 5-11 years started, and 232 children received a vaccine.

【5～11歳の小児のワクチン接種を開始しました】
3月6日（日曜日）5～11歳のお子さんの新型コロナワクチン接種を開始しました。
今日ワクチン接種を行ったのは232名。
大きな混乱もなく、スムーズに接種を行うことができました。
接種を受けたお子さんに話を聞くと「全然痛くなかった」「お家で話し合って打つことを決めた」と話してくれました。
3月の小児の接種枠は定員に達していて、次回接種は4月となります。
次回予約は4月4日（月曜日）午前9時30分から開始となりますので、接種を希望する方はインターネットまたはお電話でご予約ください。

国のまん延防止等重点措置が、茨城県においても3月6日まで延長されました。

2022/2/18 Kasama City's response to the prefectural Quasi-Emergency Measures Extension Request

Priority Preventive (Quasi-Emergency) Measures have been declared effective over Ibaraki Prefecture from January 27 to February 20.
However, the prefectural government has requested the national government to extend the period of the measures because the situation is still unpredictable.
At the same time, the prefectural government has eased the school policy since the infection among students is now under control to a certain level.
Kasama City's response to the extension request:

【県のまん延防止等重点措置の延長要請による市の対応について】
2月20日まで、国の「まん延防止等重点措置」適用されていますが、県は引き続き予断を許さない状況であるとして、国に措置の延長を要請しました。
一方で、児童生徒の感染が一定程度抑制されていることから、県による学校の対策が緩和されました。
笠間市では、このような状況を踏まえ、「まん延防止等重点措置の延長を踏まえた市の対応」を決定しましたのでお知らせします。
■延長後の主な変更点（2月21日以降）
・小学校も通常登校・通常授業とします。
・遊具の利用は通常どおりとします。
■市の主な取り組み
・5～11歳のワクチン接種を推進します。
・自宅療養者に対して引き続き支援していきます。
・市職員のテレワークを引き続き実施します。

The Kasama City will establish a COVID-19 PCR Test Center to offer saliva PCR testing for asymptomatic family members living together with a person who tested positive for the COVID-19.
In current circumstances, when the epidemiological investigation and close contact tracing are complicated, this service is provided to relieve the anxiety among families of COVID-19 positive patients.
■Testing period: Tue 2/1 - Fri 2/18 (*Excl. weekends and holidays)
※Reservation required
■Eligibility: Asymptomatic family members living together with a COVID-19 positive patient
■Number of test kits: Up to 50 per day (subject to change)

【笠間市新型コロナウイルス感染症PCR検査センターを開設します】
市民の陽性者と同居する家族で無症状の方に対し、唾液によるPCR検査を実施するため、笠間市新型コロナウイルス感染症PCR検査センターを開設します。
濃厚接触者の特定や検査の実施が困難な現状において、陽性者の家族に対する不安の解消と感染拡大防止を図ります。
検査を希望される方はお問い合わせください。
■検査期間
2月1日（火曜日）～18日（金曜日）※土日祝日を除く
（要予約）
■対象者 市民の陽性者と同居する家族で無症状の方
■検査件数 一日最大50件（変更の場合あり）

Priority Preventive (Quasi-Emergency) Measures have been declared effective over Ibaraki prefecture from January 27 to February 20 due to the rapid spread of Covid-19 infections nationwide.
Kasama City's Basic Concept
Confirmed cases in the workplace, at home, and educational and childcare facilities have been increasing rapidly since January in Kasama city.
We ask for your cooperation to prevent the further spread of the Covid-19 infections while maintaining the socioeconomic activities necessary for daily life. Please refrain from visiting high-risk places and going out for non-essential reasons and take basic preventive measures.

Elementary schools will switch to online education.
Public facilities, junior high schools, and day-care facilities will stay open while thoroughly implementing basic infection control measures.

【まん延防止等重点措置適用による市の対応について】
新型コロナウイルス感染者の全国的な急増により、国の「まん延防止等重点措置」が茨城県にも1月27日から2月20日まで適用されます。
これを受け「まん延防止等重点措置を踏まえた笠間市の対応」についてお知らせします。
■基本的な考え方
市内でも1月に入り感染者が急増し、特に知人・家庭内や若年層、教育・保育施設での感染が増加しています。
生活に必要な社会機能を維持しつつ感染拡大防止の徹底を図るため、リスクの高い場所への外出や移動の自粛、家庭内での基本的な対策の徹底をお願いします。
■基本的な対応方針（抜粋）
・小学校・義務教育学校（1～6年生）でオンライン授業を実施します。
・中学校・義務教育学校（7～9年生）・公共施設・保育施設等は基本的な感染対策を徹底し、教育活動等を継続します。
・市の取り組みとしては、自宅療養者への支援の継続、エッセンシャルワーカーへのPCR検査の実施やワクチン接種の前倒し実施を進めます。
